Replacement and Return

התחושה החיובית שלך מאוד חשובה לנו. לכן אם אינך מרוצה, את מוזמנת ליצור איתנו קשר ולהחזיר את הפריט כשהוא חדש ובאריזתו המקורית - תוך יום מקבלת הפריט. עלות המשלוח לא תוחזר, ואחריות הקונה לשלם עבור עלויות המשלוח במקרה של החלפה/החזרה. ניתן להחליף בעבור פריטים אחרים או שובר זיכוי באותו ערך של הפריט המוחלף.

■ החזרה של פריט תתאפשר תוך יומיים מהיום בו קיבל הלקוח את הזמנתו. החזר כספי ינתן בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן. דמי ביטול עקב חרטה ינתנו פחות 5% מערך הפריט או פחות 100 שקל - הנמוך מבינהם. במקרה של החזרה/החלפה יגבו דמי משלוח מלאים. בעבור דואר רשום 22 ש"ח לכיוון ובעבור משלוח באמצעות שליח -40 ש"ח לכל כיוון.

■ צמידי חרוזים והטבעות השונות נעשים בהזמנה אישית לפי מדידת פרק היד שהלקוחה מעבירה לנו, לכן, לא ניתן לקבל זיכוי כספי או להחליפם. ככלל, כל פריט שיוצר בהזמנה מיוחדת לא ניתן להחליף או לקבל בעבורו זיכוי.

 ■ שימו לב כי כל הפריטים באיזור הסייל באתר אינם ניתנים להחזרה.

■ אנו ממליצים בחום שלכל ההחלפות יהיה מספר מעקב. Studio oh לא אחראי לחילופי פריטים שנעלמים או הולכים לאיבוד בדרכם אלינו. עלות משלוח ההחלפה ישולם על ידי הלקוח.

יש להחזיר את הפריט במצבו המקורי לסטודיו או לשלוח אותו אלינו- לשליחת הפריט בדואר אנא צרו קשר לקבלת כתובת למשלוח.

Studio Oh

Your positive feeling and response with the goods are highly important to us, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item  within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the exchanged shipping costs.

Studio oh does not issue refunds unless required by law.

REFUND - Refund will be less 5% of the item value + shipping costs. Because the studio subsidizes a relative share of shipping costs. From the refund the full shipping fee will be deducted and not just the part paid by the customer.

We can exchange for other items or a credit note (voucher) of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on sale items and earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions

We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to studio oh have a tracking number. Studio oh is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or lost on their way to us. Exchange shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
