ההזמנות נשלחות בדואר אוויר רשום עם קוד מעקב.

איסוף אישי - ללקוחות יש גם אפשרות לאסוף את ההזמנה מהסטודיו שלנו שנמצא ברחוב השפלה 2,תל אביב,ישראל. בעת איסוף ההזמנה תידרש להציג חתימה ותעודת זהות בתוקף. יש להשלים הזמנות איסוף אישי בחנות המקוונת לפני איסוף.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us.

All items are hand made in Israel and will vary slightly in size, color and pattern to those visible in the online store.
We gift-wrap all of our orders. You can also add a gift card with a customized message free of charge, simply add your message to the comments box at checkout.

Local Shipping Rates:
Regular Registered - 10-14 business day.
Express post - 27 ILS - 4-7 business days
Orders are being shipped with registered air mail with a tracking code.
International Shipping Delivery:
Regular Registered Air mail: 1-3 weeks delivery time.
eco post- 7-10 days (Australia 10-14)
Express Airmail via Messenger EMS: 3 business delivery days. Please contact us for this shipping method.
International & Local Shipping & delivery times are estimated and delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.
Please note: If your delivery address is not within the Israel, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tate Online advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If the customer has given permission for the parcel to be left unattended at the shipping address, this will remove any responsibility from studio oh should the parcel go missing after it has been left at the shipping address by Israeli Post.

Personal Pick Up - customers also have the option to pick up the order from our studio 2 Hashfela Street Tel-Aviv, Israel. When picking up the order you'll be required to show a signature and valid form of ID.
Personal pick up orders have to be completed and paid for on the online store prior to being picked up.
